I have two broken savoury pastry cases, what can I do with them??

If you have any of the broken pastry left (or for futures) you could use it instead of lasagna noodles in a cooked casserole.
Or even as a cold sort of parfait layered with a creamy salad dressing,

Hi Stephen! Assuming you're speaking of broken tart shells that have been seasoned, yes?

If unbaked—you can gather the scraps and reroll.

If baked—blitz in a food processor and make a press-in crust; combine crumbs with butter/nuts/seeds for savory streusel/croutons; if in large pieces, you could also melt cheese on top to make cheesy croutons/toasts.
