Beans in Baked Goods?

I give up trying to find old Hotline threads, so I'm posting this here! It seems to me that ~ 1 or 2 months ago, it was a seasoned 52er who asked about using beans in baked goods. The other day when I found this, I couldn't remember if this recipe was already posted in that thread, so here it is:

Looks really good to me! Also, I was one of the testers for the dried fruit recipe- the Snow Day Lentil Cake; just one of the brilliant ideas of my sister 52ers, changing a griddled pancake into a baked cake!! Better Living Through Lentils!
