I have been craving roasted veggies all winter and now all the sudden I want salad, salad, salad. perfect timing and all lovely salads

Winter salads alone are a reason to love winter. These look delicious especially the Brussels sprout salads. There was one very similar to Merrill's at my local work lunch salad bar - and I also immediately had to replicate it at home: just Brussels sprouts, walnuts, pecorino, and lemon dressing. I also love this simple endive salad. It was a staple winter meal is my family growing up:

Thanks for posting these in one place. Amanda, I have been virtually living on the brussels sprouts salad all winter. it is, in fact, packed for lunch today. Thank you!!
