ABOUT THIS COOK:

Originally from New Mexico, I moved to the Lone Star State with my husband about 5 years ago. I graduated from Baylor University and am currently working as a manager at a small bakery and catering company in east Texas. My passion in life is food. I love to eat, cook, and read about eating and cooking. I wish there were more hours in the day to cook, better supermarkets in my small town and less calories in heavy cream.
