ABOUT THIS COOK:

I stem from a long line of Italian culinary aficionados.Born between lunch and dinner, I was dropped at the stove at an early age. My first knife was given to me at the age of four by my Sicilian grandfather to pick the dandelions in the yard. My mother was a cookbook author and instructor at the former Peter Kump Cooking School...(Now I.C.E) I have always pursued my acting career, but could never keep the parsley off my 8x10! Made my Broadway debut in a kitchen, moved to LA...and made a living on stage, screen and stove! I now reside back east and am currently combining my comedic and cooking skills for my first book entitled "KISS MY BRACIOLA GOODBYE" (A Woman's Guide to Cooking Through Divorce) visit amycasale.com Will soon be shooting a new pilot in NOLA May 2010.
