ABOUT THIS COOK:

I have enjoyed cooking since i was about 3 when my grandmother handed me a rolling pin to roll out pie dough for her famous dessert. I would eat anything put in front of me and talk about it hours after. Most of my memories tie in with food, and where i was living. I have been professionally cooking for 6 years now, and enjoy every minute of it. I truly can't believe i get paid for i am most passionate about. I decided to be in the industry because i love to feed people, bring a smile to someone's face and make lasting memories. I give all the credit to my mom for letting me prepare food as a child, not allowing me to be picky and supporting a "starving"chef.
