Kate Buckley is almost always that last mother to deliver her children to school and even then, they are often wearing the wrong uniform. But folks in her house rarely go hungry for food or a story. Usually, this makes up for the fact that they have neither socks nor underwear in their drawers. When she is not neglecting housework or failing to read school notices, she is either cooking or writing for her blog, Eating The Daisies. An American, Kate was swept away by a dashing Australian and they now live with their two children in the Adelaide Hills.

Kylie Kwong's "Mrs Yang's Eggs" - whole organic eggs cooking in a wok of sizzling peanut oil till crisp, then topped with oyster sauce, spring onion and sliced chile.
