My name is Stephanie Bokich, I'm a marketing executive by day and a foodie by night. When I come home from a long stressful day at the office (if at a reasonable hour) I love nothing more than creating an amazing dinner for my husband. I find cooking is one of the greatest stress relievers. My love of cooking began as a child, when I would begin week night dinners for my mom, who worked full-time. I learned how to prepare most of her recipes and other family recipes from both my Italian and Belgian heritage. Today, I love finding new recipes, learning new cooking techniques and learning about new ingredients. I try whenever possible to use the freshest seasonal ingredients and visit the local farmers markets. I love to travel and when in Europe love nothing more than to visit the local/farmers markets.
