I am the General Manager/Wine Club Director of a boutique wine & liquor shop in Midtown Memphis. My job is my life & I love what I do. Give me a good glass of wine & a simply delicious plate of food & I'm happy.

    a simple piece of very good quality meat (either beef or pork) or fish with a simple sauce & of course a very good wine to pair with it.

    Either my Henckels Santoku knife or my Microplane grater
