ABOUT THIS COOK:

I work in a major department store in downtown san francisco giving cooking demonstrations, and organizing a calendar with guest chefs once or twice a week. I also write a monthly food newsletter to my clients on my email list. In spite of working for a large company, I am a firm believer in the local, organic, sustainable mantra and support Buy Local organizations.
