I am Mediterranean, therefore I am a foodie ~ cook. Having worked abroad in providing trained staff to foreign diplomats, politicians and royalty. I have had the supreme honor of breaking bread with a multitude of different cultures, from all over the world. I possess a keen awareness and respect in taking great pride in my work, and in training individuals to provide outstanding customer service. Currently, I am fully absorbed in the writing of my book entitled, "The Art of Serving Well". The objective being to provide individuals who are currently working in the food industry sector with a serious upgrade in serving standards, and most auspiciously to provide an immediate infusion of instructions to newbies attempting to break into the industry and secure a job, with this demonstrative economy. I am, what I am... an Atticus Finch follower. Each and every day, I really do try to practice him. "Ancora Imparo"... Still, I am learning. In his 87th year of life, the great Michelangelo Buonarotti (1475-1564) was believed to have said, "Ancora Imparo" ("Still, I am learning").I'm proud to say that this also applies to me. About Writing my blog: "Don't bend; don't water it down; don't try to make it logical; don't edit your own soul according to the fashion. Rather, follow your most intense obsessions mercilessly." ~ Franz Kafka. About My Work: For the past umpteen years my professional role has always been to function as a catalyst for changing bad serving habits into profit.
