ABOUT THIS COOK:

I'm a very good eater but very new cook. I've got a lot to learn, but I'm ambitious. I crave exotic cuisine. I spent a little time in West Africa where I got hooked on couscous and hibiscus and had my first taste of Moroccan cuisine. It's my new passion. I just got Claudia Roden's New Book of Middle Eastern Food, so we'll see how it goes.
