What is the strangest food you have ever eaten?
Lardo or lotus root. Wonderfully fattening and beautifully crunchy.
What do you cook when home alone?
Asian style pho rice noodle soup, cacio e pepe with truffle salt or my mom's meatloaf and good old fashioned cream of mushroom soup/green bean casserole. Any left over meat ends up in a taco with radish and white onion.
