I am currently the Social Media Director at CaJohns Fiery Foods Co. But because I have such a huge passion for cooking, I also help in the development of new hot sauces/artisanal foods at CaJohns. Though I have to tell you I am not a trained chef by any means or social media guy. I love cooking new recipes and trying different techniques in the kitchen. Instead of a bucket list I have a menu of dishes I would love to cook before I kick the "pot and pan".Though I always find my way back to old familiar recipes and dishes I grew up with. (Moms recipes just can't be beat!)
