    deep fried silk worms

  • What do you cook when home alone?
    Spaghettoni cacio e pepe in the winter; a big salad of wild greens, raw feta and Armenian cucumber in the summer (which I eat straight out of the mixing bowl).

  • Your most treasured kitchen possession:
    Libeco linen apron. Oh, and I love my small offset spatula.

  • The ideal number of guests for a dinner party is:
    four, because doing the dishes for six when tipsy and full is not my idea of a happy ending
