Considering my profession, I'd like to try making a gingerbread house. But I worry - if my gingerbread house collapses, would they fire me at work?! And since I am also the (self-proclaimed) Queen of Green (as I handle much of the sustainability documentation for our projects), do you think I could get a US Green Building Council seal of approval on my gingerbread house?!

• Your most treasured kitchen possession:
  The six square feet of Formica I call counterspace. If there was a way to obtain more of this treasure, I'd be a happy camper. Or more likely a happy cooker, as I'm not fond of camping really.

• The ideal number of guests for a dinner party is:
  6-12
