I have completely changed the recipes I prepare after my husband's heart attack. I have learned to compensate for not adding salt in recipes and have developed some really delicious recipes. I am an avid reader, to include cookbooks. I enjoy eating in restaurants, coming home and recreating the menu items I chose plus I enjoy trying new recipes. Travel is also something I enjoy.
