ABOUT THIS COOK:

Formerly a restaurant designer for 30 years with a Bay Area based practice. Firm was designer of many renowned restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington, Las Vegas, etc. Retired in 2007; now a full time artist/photographer/writer. Specialized in mixed media art based on photographs taken over the years across the country on secondary two lane highways. Am currently working on a proposed TV series about food, vernacular architecture, local history and regional culture - all that makes regional America interesting and unique.
