ABOUT THIS COOK:

I am originally from Puerto Rico but moved to the USA to go to college and stayed. I work mostly in Latin America which exposes me to many kinds of wonderful foods and sauces. When I am not working, or with my kids, I am cooking. It is my favorite thing to do.
