I am a 24 year old British home cook, and I am the author of the Knight of the Round Table blog (link is seen below). I have a coffee addiction, so I will fit in perfectly, and also an addiction to cookery books. I have been interested in food and cookery since an early age, and I started helping out in the kitchen when I was seven. At the age of eight I started having Home Economics lessons at school, In my late teenage years I started dabbling in the kitchen by myself and now there's no stopping me. My favourite American food writers are Amanda Hesser and Merril Stubbs (of course), the Barefoot Contessa Ina Garten and Tyler Florence.
