As someone who has grown up with too many food allergies to count using fingers, or even toes, I have had to be quite creative with how I enjoy my food. As I describe to people, “I AM ALLERGIC TO THE WORLD” (not really, but close), and this is why I have called myself a “Bubble Child”. Problem is: I LOVE THE WORLD, and a huge part of the world, to me, is food. For someone who “lives in a Bubble” and can’t touch anything, I LOVE FOOD. It has been beyond difficult growing up a foodie and a bubble child, and I want anyone who has ever experienced even a mild food sensitivity to have the right to eat what he or she wants! That being said, I will share my "safe" recipes (safe doesn't mean tasting like cardboard... au contraire!) and will look forward to modifying whatever you all put out there to adjust to my digestive/immune system's palette. Bon appetit!!
What is the strangest food you have ever eaten?

My ramekin. It's perfect for cooking or baking anything for a portion or two. Something about that little white dish, I just can't get enough of...
