I work in the corperate world and since i was a little boy have been intrigued by food. I grew up watching my grangmother and mom cook and as i got older always helped in the kitchen. Today on my own after a 20 year marriage that unfortunately didn t work i found myself raising my 2 kids and making sure that they were well fead and healthy. As a single dad was a challenge and expanded on my culinary skills. Today its part of my life. I have many fans and they look forward to my recipies. I hope i can make an inpact in someones life one day. The most important thing for me is to put a smile on peoples faces.
