ABOUT THIS COOK:

I'm a late bloomer in the kitchen department, but I'll give anything a try... We've moved around a bit so you might have seen me having a mini mock-meltdown in the grocery store when once again, I can't find any of the food items I'm used to. Could we all just call cuts of meat the same thing no matter what region of the country we're in? Now, if I could just get a Chicago Italian Beef sandwich and 6" of fresh powder in the mountains this would be a great day ;-)
