I am a dad with 2 beautiful girls. In my spare time, I like to cook family style food as well as some fancy food for the wife, family, and friends after the kids go to bed.

  Steak Frites- I never get to eat french fries at home so if home alone, I splurge. I might even toss them with a little truffle oil for some extra character.
