ABOUT THIS COOK:

I've been a vegetarian for over ten years, and I have enjoyed introducing my meat-loving husband to the joy of vegetables! (And fish, I eat fish.) I love shopping at farmers markets and my neighborhood grocer, who has an amazing selection of produce. Grocery shopping is a weekly event and can include stops at four different stores! My husband and I try to cook as much as we can, but sometimes during the week we succumb to the temptation of sushi or other delivery options. We are always looking for new hearty vegetarian (or fish) recipes!
