I am a home cook who grew up watching my grandparents cook amazing Neopolitan dishes. We have always eaten fresh, amazing ingredients and I try to carry on that tradition. I use cooking as a way to teach my son about our heritage and I believe everything revolves around the kitchen. I am also a belly dancer so I can often be seen shimmying while I cook.
