ABOUT THIS COOK:

Cooking is my therapy! After a day of dealing with the market, I cook to keep me sane. I have come to treasure the hour spent doing dinner prep. The smell of onions being sauteed in butter is almost as comforting as a glass of wine.

  • What is the strangest food you have ever eaten?
    Korean fermented crab.

  • What do you cook when home alone?
    Fried rice, with lots of garlic, green onion, and any leftover pieces of roasted meats, topped with a fried egg.

  • Your most treasured kitchen possession:
    My 10" Shun knife. I use it every day that I am home.
