I am a stay at home Mom of two children, one pre-k and one infant. I have a passion for good food, good wine and good friends and family to share it with. I am an amateur cook who wishes she were a chef. I used to be a Food Service Director for Aramark prior to becoming a Mommy. I feel the heart of the home is the kitchen and my goal is to love, nourish and feed everyone that walks into it. My eating philosophy is 80% healthy choices with 20% fun...I feel balance, nutrition and layers of flavor are the words that represent my cooking style. I am big on entertaining and trying to cook seasonally and organically when I can. I don't create recipes as much as I use others as inspiration and then tweak them to my liking.
