ABOUT THIS COOK:

After graduating from Wellesley College, I decided to head straight to the French Culinary Institute. I then worked in the kitchen at a great NYC restaurant (Prune) for a year, and am now working here! I've been known to throw dinner parties for more people than can comfortably fit in my apartment, and I have a kitten named Mushroom. I spend far too much money at Broadway Panhandler and have monogrammed spatulas. Really.
