ABOUT THIS COOK:

I was a vegetarian for 30 years, and am now a "pescatarian". My husband is a committed carnivore. We have 2 freezers full of pastured local pork and beef. My goal is learning to cook the meat to do justice to it.

    not strange but most memorable, last delicious sausage i ever ate, in Amsterdam.

    homemade pizza made with all the things my husband is allergic to.
