I'm a young attorney, which doesn't leave much time for cooking, but cooking is my form of zen, and I do it as often as I possibly can. Originally from Austin, Texas, I have a soft spot for Tex-Mex and barbecue, neither of which is readily available in these parts, so I'm always trying to find creative ways to satisfy my craving in my small apartment kitchen.
