ABOUT THIS COOK:

I love cook for my family and friends. I obsess about food...what to eat, what to make, what to buy (to eat and make). Even though I received my Bachelor's in Hotel and Restaurant Management at UNLV, I never pursued a career in this industry (maybe I liked having my weekends and holidays off too much). I ended up focusing on counting beans instead of cooking them. But one day, maybe one day...I will open up a little place of my own.

  • What is the strangest food you have ever eaten?
    pig's brain soup (yuck) and chicken testicles (yuck). no, i was not on fear factor - i'm taiwanese and these are revered as delicacies (just not mine).

  • What do you cook when home alone?
    noodles!!! soup, stir-fried, pasta.

  • Your most treasured kitchen possession:
    my hand-held $5 citrus press

  • The ideal number of guests for a dinner party is:
