I am a mom to a 2 year old and work full time in an office. My passion is encouraging working parents to cook at home and not get take out or fast food as often. I love to try new recipes and techniques and find comfort in my kitchen.

  I loved cow tongue sandwiches when I was a kid spending time at my grandparents' dairy farm.
