I started my love affair with cooking when I was in the 7th grade and decided to throw a murder-mystery dinner party for some of my friends. Instead of making garlic bread, I made bread with shallots. My friends were all still very impressed and I decided at that point that I needed to learn more about how to serve people what they love to eat.
