ABOUT THIS COOK:

Brian Lichorowic is the 4th of 6 generations of a family of restaurateurs. Working in a 4-diamond restaurant at the age of 8, Brian had hands on training behind the stoves working with this father and brothers and many classically trained Chefs until the age of 22. Mr. Lichorowic worked is way through college as a cook and continue to learn participating in several professional cooking classes around the country ranging from Gourmet Vegetarian to BBQ Boot camps and today is a respected food writer for The Piedmont Virginian Magazine with his works being publish in Napa Sonoma Magazine, Blue Ridge Magazine and local newspapers. He is also a 2 time CASI peoples choice chili champion. CIA (Culinary Institute of America) trained as an adult Brian is noted for his unique style of healthy cooking and the ability to understand the roll of food as fuel in the body.
