I am a marketing professor at Texas A&M and I live in College Station with my husband and our two boys. I grew up in Romania on what would be now considered a fairly rich diet, but boy, were some of these recipes good! While I still enjoy occasionally enjoy traditional fare, I feel that one of my biggest responsibilities is to feed my family food that keeps them healthy and gives them the energy they need to go through their hectic schedules. I cook all our meals and making them healthy and delicious at the same time is one of my biggest challenges, but one that I very much enjoy. I am a proud CSA member, even if that means identifying some of my produce (collard greens, I am looking at you) with Google Images, and I am thrilled to be learning so much from this blog.
