I'm of Italian descent so of course I believe the ability to cook is imbedded in my genes. My favorite cuisine to practice is Asian and I have become quite good (or so my family tells me). I'm also very interested in nutrition so I desperately try to find new ways of flavoring food the healthy way. I also love to bake with a specialty in xmas cookies and layer cakes.
