Cooking is like yoga to me. There is nothing like me, the knife and a cutting board after a not-so-good day. I wouldn't want to do it in a business setting; it would be too stressful. I like to see the smile on my friends' faces when they eat my food. I like getting them to eat food they thought they didn't like!
