So... I am a CIA Grad from 2000 who started my post grad career at Dean & Deluca where I ended up as a buyer for the Soho store (Packaged Foods, Bevs - including beer! - Dairy and Frozen). After 3 years tried my hand at wine as the GM for Best Cellars on the Upper East Side. Left to have a baby. I then freelanced for Zabar's where I updated their catering menu (will be doing this again very soon!), and recently revamped the packaged foods section for their website. Am writing for their blog periodically as well, submitting recipes, linking products... I also do sales for a truffle importer on the side (!?!). Married to an amazing man, and have seriously, the cutest daughter ever ;-)

Fried bird tongues (China).
What do you cook when home alone?
My puree and soup obsession started when my daughter started eating "solids", and continues now!
