Ask a question about this stepHow interesting! I made TheHealthyApple's avocado chocolate muffins which was my first introduction to such a combo. Love how healthy this is!
Thanks!
From my vegan days, I had used a recipe for one similar with banana, and with maple syrup instead of honey. The banana never quite made the dessert as rich, but because I completely love avocados, the switch-out worked.

I'm so intrigued by the idea of avocado desserts. Joy the Baker also has some recipes featured on her blog, including a layer cake with avocado in both the cake & the frosting. What I love about your recipe specifically Burf is its simplicity. Except for the avocados, I keep all those ingredients on hand, so I'll definitely be trying this in the future.
