1 pound ground beef (15/85) Ask a question about this ingredient
1 can of white kidney beans Ask a question about this ingredient
1 can diced tomatoes Ask a question about this ingredient
1/4-1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke Ask a question about this ingredient
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Ask a question about this ingredient
Slice the onion to a medium dice.
Ask a question about this stepPut the olive oil in a deep and heavy pan and add the onion. Add 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt. Sauté on medium heat for 10 min. Onion should not get color, just get soft and translucent.
