In a small bowl, crumble the saffron into 1 tablespoon of the water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Ask a question about this stepWhisk together the yogurt, powdered sugar, crushed cardamom seeds and crushed pistachios in a large bowl. Stir in the saffron and water mix. Combine well.

it keeps well for 1 or 2 days. while storing in the fridge flavors come deeper, drink tastes more complex. I should say that this is a treat that is really very flavorful and satisfying.
