Makes 2 dozen cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk butter until light and fluffy.

  3. Add sugar until combined.

  4. Then add egg until combined.

  5. Using sifter, add flour, baking powder and salt.

  6. Add both sesames just until combined.

  7. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets.

  8. Bake until cookies are golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
