Cut onions and green pepper into 1/2 chunks.
Ask a question about this stepRinse Chicken. Do not pat dry. Season Chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
Ask a question about this stepIn a large stock pot add oil and saute onions. Cook until the onions become transparent.
Ask a question about this stepAdd the green peppers and cook until they begin to soften.
Ask a question about this stepAdd Paprika and white wine. Mix well.
Ask a question about this stepLay the pieces of chicken between the onions and peppers. Cooked covered on low for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside. Peel off chicken skin and discard.
