Makes 1 cup

  1. Place all in a blender--I use my Magic Bullet and blend. Pour on anything that can be grilled (steak, chicken, fish, shrimp)

Hi--thanks for checking out the recipe. I really like all of your recipes as well! I gave the quick version of this recipe. When I make this and have a some time, I like to crush the garlic, cumin seeds, salt and pepper in a mortar and then add lime juice and let it sit for about 10 minutes before blending together.

Mmmmmm. Wonderful! Will be making this soon. Just love that combination of flavors. Bet it would be great on lightly stirred-fried things, too, like tofu or shrimp . . . . Oh, the possibilities are endless. ;o)
