Preheat oven to 350° F.
Ask a question about this stepSpray a small casserole dish with non-stick spray then add and whisk together all ingredients except corn. Add corn, stir, and bake for 1 hour at 350° F. Remove from oven to cooling rack or trivet. Serve hot.

This does look simple and good! Usually I beat the egg whites in a corn casserole, but I think I'll try it this way too.
