Makes 1 small loaf

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Bake for 45 minutes at 180-200 C. Check occasionally.

250 grams = 8.8 ounces
5 grams is about a teaspoon
1 US cup = 236.5 ml
2 dcl = 200 ml
1/2 dcl = 50 ml
100 grams = 3.5 ounces
