Serves 5

  1. slice the avocados. jalapenos and add to bowl throw in the cilantro the feta. salt and pepper to taste. mix till combined.

  2. slice the tomatos into semi thick rounds. place in a serving platter, put a spoon full of the avocado mix on top of each slice.

  3. garnish each slice with the pine nuts, drissle olive oil and balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste,,,,and enjoy!
