They are the best...
After years of searching for the perfect gazpacho, this is now my go-to gazpacho recipe. I made it three times last summer - the last time, I only had fennel in the garden and substituted it for the dill and it was to die for!
So glad you enjoyed it - we live on it all summer long...
How to get my gazpacho photo up first? Was there most of the week - sigh, help?
I am certain this is due to me doing something wrong, not the site...Have clicked into eternity to switch photos.
I share your frustration. Sometimes I just delete the image and then upload again.... I sure have not mastered the art of ordering with clicking at all!
Absolutely fabulous!!!this is a winner!!!!!
Thank you - hope you try it out and let me know what you think -
I love gazpacho and am looking for a change from my regular recipe - this one looks like a perfect fit!
Can't imagine mine topping yours, Kelsey, but thank you so much!
Liz, love the ingredients - the apple cider vinegar gives it a fresh twist. I can hardly wait for my many tomato plants to start producing! Gazpacho on the patio time!!
Trishthedish
Any mild vinegar will do - very "forgiving" recipe - thanks!
I always forget to make gazpacho, but I love it everytime I have it. Going to evening market tonight. I will be making this tomorrow. Sounds great!
So does your burger ;)
Thank you, Dominique - who taught me a valuable lesson - I owe you a big bowl of gazpacho ;) Typos fixed at last....
Move the item to the bottom of the list and then edit it. It happened to me too. BTW, great recipe.
Thank you, I will try this - never had a problem in many previous edit sessions, me who never bothered to take a typing class....
I love gazpacho! It's such a refreshing soup to have on a hot summer day. I've never made it with the apple cider - it looks like such an interesting addition, I'll have to try your recipe! really! soon! And I know how frustrating it can be to try to do something on the computer that doesn't work right away....:-) But love the recipe anyway!!
Actually, it's apple cider vinegar, not cider - and I will try yet again to correct my typos - thanks!
Oops! Now I had a typo!! I knew it was the vinegar variety and left that critical word out!
When I click this, as always, and go to recipe, I click on "edit" at the end of the ingredient I need to re-type and lines immediately double on top of one another. I have edited for months with success until today. There are 2 typos driving me crazy...
Awww, it would bother me too, but give it a few hours or a day, sounds like a system error of some sort…OH, and btw- love your recipe and the name!
I was so hoping someone would offer a gazpacho recipe. This particularly colorful one sounds wonderful!
This is the classic...made with gorgeous!! tomatoes!! Gazpacho was one of Hemingway's favorites..."It's a salad soup." (Garden of Eden"
Thanks, Mare - my husband always call it this too.
Sorry, having trouble editing - lines overlap and unable to correct "pelled" (sic) red onion.
Any hints how to fix typos? Never happened before...
Liz, click on "edit before the submission deadline"--should be in the upper right corner of your page--and fix away!
