Makes 6 cups

12 Fresh Heirloom tomatoes Ask a question about this ingredient

1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onions Ask a question about this ingredient

1/4 cup medium chopped cilantro Ask a question about this ingredient

1 clove fresh garlic, minced Ask a question about this ingredient

1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Ask a question about this ingredient

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar Ask a question about this ingredient

1/2 cup diced green chilies (optional) Ask a question about this ingredient

1 teaspoon jalapeno juice (optional) Ask a question about this ingredient

  1. Core and dice tomatoes preserving juice! Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate overnight. Stir well again and serve.
